CODEY ROCKY
Codey Rocky is a tool that helps students to learn in a different way. It is a robot that you have to program in order to have the Codey Rocky to follow the indications that students want. With it, children apart from programming it, they can learn competences about other subjects such as maths and languages.

Students in groups of five people are going to choose a rout out of three options that they have in the map. After they will lead the Codey Rocky by programming the robot using different measures according to the way that they have chosen. Throughout the way, students will find obstacles such as signs.
After completing the activity, teachers will ask a question related to the terms that have been explained before. If they answer them correctly, teachers will give them a positive reinforcement.

The feedback that Linda gave to the Codey Rocky’s activity was that the grade that we chose for the activity was too high. So to improve our work we think that is a good idea to put the the activity for students in 4th grade, because is the first grade in the last cicly. Also, in this way our three activities of the fair are all applied to the same grade.
Moreover, to teach the directions, we have made a worksheet where students have to fill in the gaps with the correct word. Thanks to that, children will be able to learn the vocabulary and have it us help if they forget the vocabulary.
